5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from xbajee10 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Request by the player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity as described in Section 2.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the investigation is complete. xbajee10 aims to resolve all account suspension investigations within 14 business days.
